UV Coating

(As the name suggests, a Spot UV coating or "varnish" is applied to chosen spots (areas) of a printed card. This has the affect of highlighting and drawing attention to that part of the design, but it also provides the additional visual stimulus of having varied textures on a single printed surface. This adds a lot of interest, and can identify the printing as a premium piece in the perception of the reader.)

Kindly check following before the sending design :

a) File Format :

* .cdr file (any version) most preferable.

* All fonts should be Converted to Curves (if .cdr files)

* PDF Format or image files (eg. jpg, tiff, bmp, etc. min. 300 dpi) will also do.

b) Colour Format :

* Artwork should be in CMYK mode.

* Avoid using 4-Colour Shades (for examples C85-M70-Y35-K50) as this results in patchiness  & colour variation.

* Do not use Pantone Colours & Registration Colour (i.e. C100-M100-Y100-K100)

* Image Resolution : All images in the Artwork should be min. 300 dpi.
